چکیده

The study examined the relationship between environmental bacterial and pathological isolates of inward patients. It identified biological safety level procedures followed. This work was conducted during period from December2021 till May 2022 in Ramadi city (Anbar Governorate). Samples were divided into 30 samples collected hospital environment, sewage water, 100 clinical inpatients. These patients Teaching Hospital Women’s Children Hospital. Bacterial diagnosed using biochemical tests confirming VITEK2 technique. Some chemical physical variables detected. studied Genetic fingerprinting selected species by Enterobacterial repetitive intergenic consensus Polymerase Chain Reaction ERIC-PCR dendrogram program for showing relationships E. coli. As genetic fingerprint examinations coli, statistical analysis technique had indicated that there a similarity ratio 74.58% with E.coli.

Molecular Analysis of the Isolates of Acinetobacter baumannii isolated from Tehran Hospitals Using ERIC-PCR Method

Background and Objective: Acinetobacter is a genus of non-fermenting Gram-negative cocci or coccobacilli, which have low nutritional requirements for growth and can survive for a long time in adverse conditions, on dry surfaces, and also in aqueous environments. The importance of the members of Acinetobacter genus as pathogens involved in nosocomial infections, is increasing. Acinetobacter baum...

automatic verification of authentication protocols using genetic programming

implicit and unobserved errors and vulnerabilities issues usually arise in cryptographic protocols and especially in authentication protocols. this may enable an attacker to make serious damages to the desired system, such as having the access to or changing secret documents, interfering in bank transactions, having access to users’ accounts, or may be having the control all over the syste...

A comparative evaluation of PCR ribotyping and ERIC PCR for determining the diversity of clinical Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolates.

Two typing methods were evaluated, utilizing 62 clinical strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, to assess their usefulness as tools to study the bacterial diversity within this complex group. Genetic diversity was determined by PCR ribotyping and enterobacterial repetitive intergenic consensus (ERIC) PCR. By these methods, 9 and 36 genotypes were found, respectively. The result showed that ERIC PCR...
